I help men define and achieve their professional and personal growth goals. I’ve been committed to the power of working from mindset to action since I was a kid. Seriously.
I used to read books by Dale Carnegie, Napoleon Hill and Stephen Covey, among others. I’d memorize the lessons and post their quotes on my wall.
My dad died when I was 2 years old, so I proactively sought out wisdom and guidance from other sources while I grew up. My commitment to leveraging the power of mindset and converting it to action was born.
Educated in public schools in a blue-collar neighborhood of Boston, I was the original “Good Will Hunting” - the smart kid who hung with a rough crowd.
After self-financing my undergraduate degree from Boston College, I moved to NYC and landed a cool job in the movie industry. To this day, I often employ movie quotes in my coaching. In the evenings and on weekends, I earned my MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Recruited by Google, I was fortunate to rise steadily within the organization and eventually also earn acceptance into Harvard University’s mid-career Masters of Public Administration degree program. I was later selected for Google’s Global Leader Rotation program which relocated me and my family to London.
It was during my time at Google where I was first introduced to an executive coach and found our work together to be massively impactful for my growth. I decided then that I would eventually become an executive coach after accomplishing my other professional goals.
Post-Google, I launched a CEO consulting business that donated 10% of profits to programs serving inner-city at-risk kids. I then went on to serve as Global Chief Growth Officer for four different investor-backed companies, where I turned around underperforming teams, served on Executive Leadership Committees, reported directly to CEO’s and presented quarterly to Boards of Directors.
Oh, by the way, in the midst of all of this, I flatlined in the hospital for over a minute. At exactly the same age that my dad was when he died. Yup.
But, by far my greatest accomplishment is having raised two thriving young adults; both talented, creative performers who are now in top-tier universities. My oldest is currently in medical school becoming a doctor, while my youngest is a published singer-songwriter.
At this stage of my life, I am committed to helping my fellow men achieve their own success. My clients say that our work together is massively impactful for them. Check out the Testimonials tab.
So, tell me what you want then tell me why it's not yet in your life right now.
